"Planning for Growth – People: Profit: Planet"

The Institute of Agricultural Management (IAgrM) is proud to announce its 60th National Farm Management Conference, set to take place on 6th November 2025, at One Great George Street, Westminster. As the agricultural industry faces one of its most challenging periods in recent history, this year’s conference will explore the pathways to sustainable and profitable growth in UK farming, with an expert-led focus on people, profit, and the planet.

With policy shifts, climate pressures, and economic uncertainty reshaping the agricultural landscape, the 2025 conference will deliver practical strategies and forward-thinking insights from leading voices across the industry. Confirmed representatives from Huntapac, Quality Meat Scotland, Velcourt, British Sugar, LEAF and Bristol University climate experts will share their expertise amongst others on navigating the next era of farm management.

Key Topics on the Agenda:

  • PEOPLE – How to attract, retain, and manage top talent in an evolving industry
  • PROFIT – New models for financial resilience and smart farm business strategies
  • PLANET – Innovations and policies driving sustainable agriculture

This year’s discussions will go beyond theory, offering practical insights from businesses already adapting to the future. Attendees will hear first-hand how leading farm enterprises are securing profitability while meeting sustainability goals and adapting to regulatory shifts.

"We're at a pivotal moment for UK farming," said IAgrM Chair, Richard Price PFIAgrM CEnv. "This conference is about equipping farmers and agri-businesses with the knowledge, strategies, and connections to thrive in a rapidly evolving landscape. We expect this to be another excellent day in what has been a long-standing event that has more than stood the test of time. The event is open to both members and non-members alike and is deliberately kept at an affordable price, not least due to the generous support of our sponsors. At this stage, we encourage people to 'save the date' and consider attending. Further details on registration will be issued over the coming weeks."

With a dynamic lineup of expert speakers, industry networking opportunities, and actionable takeaways, the National Farm Management Conference 2025 is a must-attend event for farmers, agribusiness leaders, policymakers, and professionals across the agri-food sector.
