The Agroecology Research Collaboration warmly invites you to this webinar about ADOPT.

ADOPT (Accelerating Development of Practices and Technologies) is a fund within the UK's Farming Innovation Programme, run by Innovate UK, in partnership with Defra, that provides grants for farmers, growers, and foresters in England to conduct farmer-led, on-farm experiments and trials. The fund supports projects that test new and existing technologies, processes, and practices to improve productivity, environmental outcomes, and resilience within the agricultural sector. ADOPT offers two types of grants: a Support Grant to help with application development and a Full ADOPT Grant for collaborative, on-farm trials.

Tom Slattery, Farming Innovation Support Manager at the UK Agri-Tech centre, will be joining us to explain more about ADOPT and how to apply. The Agroecology Research Collaboration, a joint initiative between the Landworkers' Alliance, The CSA Network, The Organic Growers Alliance, The Permaculture Association, Pasture for Life and the Ecological Land Co-operative would like to support our members to apply for ADOPT funding to conduct farmer-led experiments and trials relating to agroecology. Come along and see if ADOPT could be a good option for you - and ask any questions you might have.

If you have any questions prior to the webinar please contact isobel.talks@landworkersalliance.org.uk
