  • Complete the registration form.  One form per person. 
  • Payment - An invoice will be emailed via QuickBooks after booking form is received.  Check your spam/junk folder if not received or contact rebecca@base-uk.co.uk   
  • Confirmation - Your place will be confirmed only once payment has been received.         
  • Deadlines 
  • Booking deadline: 23 January 2026. 
  • Payment deadline: 26 January 2026 - Bookings without payment by 26th January will not be valid.  If you haven't received your confirmation, please contact Rebecca.
  • Refunds - Non-refundable.
